Your dedicated Property Manager works with you to establish long term goals for the management of your property, and personally oversees the delivery of services. We are currently managing a variety of properties which includes 250 Residential and Commercial units, Residential Block Management, Hotels, Care Homes, Trade Centres, Serviced Office Block, Serviced Apartment Block and Industrial Estate.

Our inhouse maintenance and development teams are formed by qualified tradesmen to maintain your property or to build your project to the excellent standards.

We also have a team of inhouse engineers who are Gas Safe, and NICEIC registered. We also employ high level professionals to oversee and help landlords comply with fire safety, building regulation and maintain health and safety standards. We handle all type of enquires for your property from monthly/ weekly inspections to local authority enquires/ inspections and including but not limited to carry out maintenance works in your property.
