We provide Planning & Building Control services. Upon your instructions we would inspect your property and take measurements which will enable us to produce planning drawing. We submit your proposal along with Planning statement & Drawings to the Local Planning Authority and ensure that your planning proposal is Granted by the Local Planning Authority. We actively work and communicate with our clients to amend and improve their proposal to ensure that your proposal is in accordance with Planning Legislations and Building Regulations so that you always achieve a PASS result.
